The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund’s Home Energy Solutions program is an incredible deal and a no-brainer for anyone living in an older home in Connecticut. My wife and I were amazed that $75 investment was able to turn into $800 worth of work improving our cold, drafty farmhouse, and are eternally grateful to the Eco Smart team for educating us about the program.
