EcoSmart’s principal concern is the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees. We are devoted to reducing the risk of COVID-19 while helping you save money by making your home more energy efficient and installing solar if it makes sense for you. We will remain vigilant in our strict adherence to CDC guidelines and best practices.
Thanks to new technologies and safety measures, installing solar involves much less in-person contact than you may think. Much of the process — from meeting with you virtually to surveying your rooftop, preparing your proposal, and keeping you updated — can be completed at distance.
Here are some of the technologies we are using to keep our customers and employees safe:
Virtual meetings: We can meet with you by phone and/or video conference -- or in person with appropriate precautions.
Remote aerial imagery and shade calculations: Solar system designs are customized using high-resolution aerial imagery and shade estimating technology that allows for accurate proposals without the need for a crew on your roof.
Digital proposals: Your custom design, system information, and solar agreement will be designed and delivered digitally, all without the need for a site visit.
Electronically signed documents: Our contracts, forms, and any required utility interconnection documents can be reviewed and signed remotely using Sign Now via email.
