Some roofs need to be repaired, replaced, or strengthened before solar panels can be installed. The good news is that we’ve got you covered. Our inspectors and roofers can perform whatever work you may need. You’ll enjoy a properly installed, long-lasting roof that increases your home’s curb appeal and provides the all-weather protection you need.
You can include the full cost in your solar installation contract, but only the area behind your solar system can be applied to your federal tax credit. As always, we encourage clients to check with their CPA to ensure they optimize their financial return.
